Selling a property is never easy but I've been delighted with the way Callum and Change Homes have worked to make the process as easy as possible. The initial engagement was straightforward, professional and they worked tirelessly and attentively to help both me and the buyer get everything in place.
Other than getting my property ready for viewing, I didn't need to do anything regarding marketing or viewings as these were handled for me. Negotiations were very smooth and Change Homes worked hard to make sure all parties were looked after. I was also impressed with the way that Callum was always available at short notice to answer questions and provide timely updates.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Change homes took an immediate assessment of my property, highlighted its potential,and took charge. I was guided through the process of marketing my property. The EPC was undertaken immediately as were the photographs for the brochure. I was kept informed as to the viewings and the feedback from the viewers. As time passed and I delayed the process by dint of not finding a suitable property for myself, I was kept in touch with the situation of my prospective purchasers, and reassured when they returned to familiarize themselves with my property, after so long.
This enabled me to find just the right new home for myself.
