Passive account charge without any information
My account balance was drained due to Passive account charge. I totally understand the policy but first i should know about it, they are stating that they send out email which i did not receive, also they have charged my account without any notification, i did not receive any email or notification from the APP that there has been activity in my Balance or something has been deducted. If all this information would have been available for me that i could take actions but again NO INFORMATION from their side.
Seems that i am not the only one and there is no solution for it and they are just profiting from users.

Firstly, we are sorry to read that you missed our previous emails dated 18th August, 18th September, and 5th October 2023 outlining the updates, including information about the passive account fee. We have records of these emails being sent to all our customers during this time. Please check your spam folder or any alternative email addresses you may have used with us.
Regarding the passive account fee, we would like to emphasise that this fee can be easily avoided by staking at least one cryptoasset or making a trade of any size within 90 days. We believe this allows our users to actively manage their accounts without incurring additional fees.
It's important to us to maintain a properly licensed, audited, and secure investment service for all our users, and this comes at a cost - our platform can't be completely free. However, we understand your frustration and will take your feedback into account as we continually strive to improve our communication processes.
If you really haven't received these emails, please contact our customer support team at support@changeinvest.com and we will look into the matter.

Honestly speaking a band of thieves
Honestly speaking a band of thieves! Their Passive Income Fee is a humongous robbery (they implement it in order not to lose money from long-term investors; yes, they said that) and they proceed with it unilaterally, as soon as they "had informed"; no consent from me on this. I did not see a same fee when the market was done and I lost 65% of my portfolio's value. In this context, they proceeded with charging without my consent to the T&Cs since nobody asked me to confirm the T&Cs. No help from their Support as well, as there seems to be a bot with prefix replies.
I am never using this poor platform ever again. Stay away from it!

Change has introduced a 20€/monthly inactivity fee for all accounts that do not trade for a period of 90 day. Despite their claims for transparency, this has not been made clear in the latest email, so be careful when reading the new T&Cs and avoid getting charged this extortionate fee.

"Changes to fees...we have adjusted our fee structure to reflect the current market conditions and the costs associated with providing our enhanced product lineup and services. Some fees have been revised, while others remain unchanged." & "We kindly ask you to take time and review the updated T&C..."
Also:
"Among changes in deposit and withdrawal thresholds, we introduced the passive account fee. This fee doesn't ask for much - for example, if during 90 days, you stake just one crypto (this is a free action in the app) for one day and get one reward, the fee isn't applied. Also, if you dollar-cost-averaged into bitcoin with any investment amount once every three months, the fee doesn't apply."
To date, we have sent out more than 4 informational emails, communicated through updated websites, our Telegram group, etc.
Sorry, we did our best, but we hear you and we will try even harder next time.

I have yet to try such an easy app as Change to investing. Fast deposits, reasonable pricing, perfect for BTC trading. I like that they added more instruments recently, so now more options to trade CFD. Different leverage, just 2x for crypto, but they also have 20x for others.

Was trading crypto for couple of years on Change and decided to switch to CFD's. At first there were few but recently they added a lot, customer support helped to resolve some questions. Deposits also arrive unexpectedly fast

I trust Change, because it is very regulated

Scammers! Be cautios.
I did sent 65€ btc to another wallet and only received 6€. I assumed it was a mistake. 60€ Fee is just not true although Change Support claims so, by checking the transaction hash, indeed the fee was obviously way lower for a fact.
Just avoid this company.
App is poor.Support is useless. Everything works very slow. And later they scam you for your money and just simply lie to you about facts and think you are stupid.
