Dissapointed and Upset
Last Friday I was able to create an account and get verified for my access to the portfolio,
I then deposited 15 Euro via SEPA transfer to confirm my account as advise, 5 and half days later - nothing.
I have no access to my portfolio/account as it now says "You are not authorised to access this resource"
And I haven't received any communication whatsoever regarding the account/deposit.
I reached out on 3 platforms as well as 2 emails to contact Change Invest - and again absolutely nothing.
Very Disappointing given the good reviews on trustpilot - feel like I've lost my euros.

Unfortunately I have processed funds (5000€) from a business account which is not within change Invests policy. Ok, my fault.
I still like the service so far and want to use it for personal services.
I processed a small amount (250€) to confirm my personal account as they said.
After them replying to my messages quickly, I am not getting any reply for already half a day.
Ok, there will be times when there is alot of messages to deal with.
But when it comes to money customer service must be quicker.
I have not yet got a reply if my funds have been re-wired to my business account or not.
I will keep you updated...

Change confirmed my personal deposit of 250.
Now I am waiting for confirmation on the re-fund of the business funds to my business account.
Change promised to immediately re-wire the funds once the personal deposit was made.

Funds have been immediately wired back and arrived at my business the same day.
All fine!

As noticed, your funds were wired back with no delay, hence, I presume the issue is already resolved. We will clarify and improve our communications in the Change App as we grow.

Hi all I was sending another bunch of money to my Change Invest account however Deposit stay somewhere in the middle. So I try to reach them on Email during a weekend however they apparently resolve all support via App and I didn't notice they already try to reach me at Friday on APP. So at Monday i find out and everything has been explained within an hour And deposit accepted. So accept missing Email respond I would gave then 5 of 5*.

Nice and transparent app, very easy to use, I appreciate possibility "limited order" where you can add your price and ammount of crypto and all order is processed in a moment this price is achieved. Very good start ***UPDATE
I just started using the platform. As promised, there are no commissions to buy crypto. Funding the account via SEPA took a bit longer but after a message to the support team, the issue was fixed and they answered just after minutes.
2021.01.08 UPDATE
I made another deposit and again has not been credited (it has been over 5h). The support team acknowledged the SEPA transfer and asked for proof of income which I did immediately. They have been quiet for a while and now I can't log into the app nor change my password. I'm losing confidence, please help.

When it comes to SEPA transfers, the speed of crediting the funds depends on many elements like:
1. Operations hours of the bank (on regular days and holidays)
2. If the bank funds were sent from supports instant deposits or not
3. The payment reference number is missing and support teams is contacting possible matches based on the data we have from the payment received.
