Terrible Customer Service
I tried to set up my account this morning and I took the photos of my driving licence as ID and also of myself.
I was told I was unable to activate my account and that I had to email their support email.
I have emailed them and had no response.
I have read all of these positive reviews about customer service but I really can’t relate I have been unable to set up an account and have had no support.
Looks like I will have to find a different place to purchase Bitcoin...
