I have to be honest - when we first started the process with chapter law, the process wasn’t a quick as we hoped for. However, Charlotte Hatch took our case and was very informative throughout the entire process with detailed breakdowns at each stage of what was happening (in and out of her control) and why to clearly manage our expectations. There are stages of any buying process that can become painstaking but she ensured we knew any changes or updates and informed of clear escalations and efforts she made to ease things along. Good experience with Chapter Law, Ummar was easy to reach and contact.

They made the sale so straightfoward and painless. They were always easy to get hold of, efficient and friendly and even then we only had to contact them on a couple of occasions as the process went so smoothly. With the online portal we only needed to actually send one set of documents by post and those were to do with final contracts which had to have physical signatures.

Absolute rubbish of a law firm. Took them 9 months to finalise my purchase with frequent ignored calls or emails, and after I paid their fee just dismissed any communication from me about the problems I was encountering with the new property.
