Printing could be better…
The book is lovely, however the printing is not right. Every page has a thick white line across the top This is very off-putting. Especially considering how expensive the book was.

Such a beautiful book and so so special! It was processed quickly, and was on its way to us within the timeframe they gave. Extremely quick service and definitely a splendid product. I have recommended it to other friends and hope there will be more titles in the future to select from.

What an experience!
Hi Characterful Amazing Team!!! What an experience. I haven't been able to give the book to the boys however I can already see how happy they will be to see and hear their names part of the story and the excitement. The team was amazing... Quality
Placed an order for 2 books for my daughters for Christmas. Was very exited as it advertised personalized and thought it could be a special gift only to get order and completely pulled apart as glue was not securing the book properly. I took photos and informed of which they assured me they would immediately reprint and send to me. Instead of doing both books as I send photos on both books, they only printed the one book and sad to say the quality of the reprint was far worse than the first 2 provided books. They offered me a refund and I received it this week after following up but was very disappointed in the quality of the books as it was not what I expected. I did not think the same mistake could happen twice but the pictures provided showed the exact quality.
Received Reply 27/11/2023 based on the above. Appreciate the response and the acknowledgement of the Problem and glad it has been rectified. No need to reprint the books. Will look at retrying to place an order in Jan 2024 for my children and get them to choose what they want and hopefully as mentioned no further glue issues.
