Bad customer experience
Warehouse received my order but told no one that they did not have stock. Or they did tell someone and no one told the customer. Yet the product online did not indicate no stock. I had to follow up as to where my order was, only to find out there was no stock. Bad experience.

We produce our supplements in small, frequent batches to ensure maximum freshness and potency, which does occasionally mean stock levels can change quickly. We have since improved how stock is reflected on our website to prevent this from happening again.

First time online order experience
Ordered online for first time … then they obviously realised they had no stock ….didn’t communicate with me ….order still has not arrived …had to email them to ask what went wrong …then only did they apologise for mishap ….still await the stock and they can’t give me an exact expected time of arrival !!! Just a poor overall first time online experience !!! You can do better Charava!!!

The order experience was good, I couldnt pick up when ordering how long it would take to be delivered, maybe I missed it but if it does not exist, I would recommend a guideline time frame. The delivery was very quick and the Courier guy was also good. Will definitely order again.

This is a scam, I have not received my order placed in October and now have suddenly be billed for the same products exactly one month later.
