The order came in late on Friday, so the collection can only happen on the next business day (Monday).
It was handed to the Courier on Monday.
We have raised a query on this delivery with the service provider to ensure that it doesn't take 4 days again - as we agree - this is too long - we like our customers to receive their orders ASAP :)

Gift for your Birthday
I placed an order end of March, and was asked to state my birthday to receive a gift from them. My birthday happens to be 4 April. I received my order 3rd April and never received anything.
Dont make statements like that if you are not going to see it through.
