The company was great at consistently communicating with me and providing examples of the portrait before proceeding. The portrait was gorgeous and made my mother so happy. She definitely cried. The finished product was beautiful and brought tears to the recipient (the subject in the portrait) and her daughter. When the recipient called to thank me she said "I remember the occasion, I remember the dress and it all came back to me".
