2nd time I bought . But . Customer services isn’t great . Have to wait still to pick up my coins . I bought more and aske for the first batch to be der with the 2nd but so so slow to reply it didn’t happen . Still waiting for the first . Don’t think I’ll be using them again. Would rate 4.5 out of 5 if I could (rather than 4). Kieran was easy and efficient to deal with. During prior telephone calls, one lady I spoke to (can't recall her name) was very helpful and preempted a few questions I didn't even realise I had. Before that I had an initial call with a chap who I guess was fairly new; he was very polite and answered my questions but was not as pro-active in anticipating what might be helpful to know at that stage (I'm nit picking slightly; this is meant as well meaning feedback only). One other point; on requesting a callback from a particular member of staff, I was informed this could take a day or two, which to me is a bit too slow. Ideally I'd want a call back within the day if not 1st thing the following morning. Given the way metals prices are moving these days, I want to get things done as promptly as possible when considering a purchase or sale. This is meant as relatively minor constructive feedback though - overall I'm happy with the service and would be pleased to use Chards again in future.

Our recent system upgrades have been introduced to create a safer and more seamless process for our customers. When paying by bank transfer, we now ask customers to confirm the account the funds will be coming from, ensuring that payments are made directly by the account holder and not a third party.
We understand that this may initially feel like an extra step, however once your bank details have been securely saved to your account, they can be selected easily for future purchases, helping to streamline the checkout process going forward.
This approach has already allowed us to reduce delays and improve the speed of order processing, as our team no longer need to contact customers to confirm payment information. We are sorry that this change impacted your recent purchase and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We do hope to welcome you back again soon.
