Lovely, friendly company. Ordered my panels online, the website was quick and easy to use. The pricing was the best price I could find and the quality of materials are great. Definitely worth purchasing, also received a call on the morning of my delivery with an ETA and the driver left my materials on my driveway neatly stacked.

Overall had a positive and great experience, would definitely recommend!

This is my second review. The first one was a bit hasty and WAY TOO GENEROUS!
After finally completing my fence and looking back at the end result, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of the materials, mainly the fence panels! wooden fence posts and bags of cement.
The 40 fence panels, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, is now either twisted, warped shrunk, or cracked, and now can see through into my neighbours garden, AGAIN!
If it looks like this after such a short period, imagine in years to come!
The nails used are also weeping black dye down the fence panels.
The wooden fence posts are not straight, actually quite badly bent and can’t be used. Had to get new ones to lay flat against the side of the house and garage wall.
The bags of cement, although packaged in plastic bags, AND covered with ADDITIONAL plastic covering, and stored on pallets, out of 50 bags purchased, AT LEAST HALF OF THEM WERE ROCK SOLID BLOCKS! UNUSEABLE!
The Featheredge boards are bad too.
When everything first arrived it looked lovely, but within months it now looks awful.
I contacted Charfleetsfencing about my issue, (mainly concerning the fence panels) who responded by saying extreme weather caused the damages. They also reimbursed me the cost of 2 fence panels, but after spending over £3,000, that’s not making me happy at all.
They are cheap, cheaper than everyone else actually, but sometimes cheaper is NOT always better, as I’ve JUST found out to my GREAT EXPENSE!
I am a builder and have seen recently fences been erected all over the country, also in the extreme weather, with no issues whatsoever.
SO WHY ME?
Finally I would just like to say that I have no malicious intentions against this company, in fact, the delivery drivers were EXCELLENT!
Im just SO disappointed that after ALL that HARD, BACK BREAKING WORK, (twice, doing my back in) and ALL THE MONEY SPENT, the end result BARELY looks better that how it originally was before!
I’m hoping for 2 things, why I wrote this review, that;
1) Charfleetsfencing reads this and feels sorry for me and reaches out to me in some way to help,
Or,
2) I send out an HONEST, CLEAR AND PRECISE review, so someone else does not end up like me!

Excellent company to deal with.
From survey of work to be done, confirmation of order then delivery and completion of work I was kept up to date by Katy and the team.
Would highly recommend for any fencing or garden work.

Fitting guys came to replace 3 fence panels and 5 concrete posts

Posts had crumbled but had been in over 20 years and were hard to get out

They did it and cleared up and really pleased with work

Great company, good prices, simple but effective website. Customer service was 2nd to none with Katy ever so helpful keeping me informed with her brilliant help. Really couldn't recommend this company and Katy enough.
Must also give a shout to the delivery driver, super helpful.
All round, very satisfied. My Son is in the process of buying his 1st property wich needs a gate and some panels etc. So will be in touch soon with measurements.

From start to finish everything went as smoothly as possible. We were kept updated at all times regarding the delivery. Thanks to Adele and Katie who were very helpful, Driver was great and left where we asked him to. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant, from placing the order to final delivery and with the professional communication this company are the best I have ever come across, I had to make a slight change after I placed the original order as I made a miscalculation in my measurement and this was no trouble whatsoever. The panels are extremely good quality look great and will most certainly be using again in the future for any more fencing needs.
