Late shipping issue with order was promptly remedied. Attention to my request was greatly appreciated.

This is FRAUD! They say orders will be shipped within 4 days. Still no shipment after two weeks. They never reply emails or questions on their "live" chat. Thanks to paypal, I got my money back.

Their customer service is great. They're very thorough and will try earnestly to help you as best they can. Many times I contacted customer service about my items' shipping or arrival times and they responded with accuracy and patience. They even created a coupon just for me after I missed a deadline. I highly recommend their products, as they are both innovative and highly useful. Overall, the value you get for your money is good, if you're interested in quality products that will last, and not another cheap throwaway product.

I bought 2 products (wall charger and power bank) from charge asap and I had issues with one of them.
They always answered my questions and resolved my problem.
I got both products as expected.
I'd be happy to participate on any future Kickstart campaign if I get interested by their product.

I recently had a terrific customer experience with the good folks at ChargeASAP resolving a symptom with my Flash Pro Ultra. Although be were in different time zones, they responded promptly, and initially recommended trouble shooting steps, then forwarded my results to the technical engineering team and ultimately replaced my Flash Pro Ultra. Friendly, efficient, timely and am thrilled with the operation of my Charge ASAP Flash Pro Ultra.

I am also extremely satisfied with their Model 280w Zeus USB-C charger. The Flash Pro Ultra and the Zeus USB-C charger work well together.

Please keep up the terrific customer support and producing excellent products.

I recently built a high-availability network stack (Firewalla Gold Pro & Starlink Mini) and struggled to find compact GaN chargers that didn't suffer from "recalibration blinks" or voltage drops. I tried Ugreen and Baseus, but they couldn't handle the strict 12V negotiation required for my equipment.

The Chargeasap Omega 100W and 200W chargers are true "unicorns." The Navitas NV6127 chips inside handle power delivery perfectly, with zero recalibration on the 200W model and ultra-fast 0.5s handshakes on the 100W. I now run my entire Glasgow network core off these units.

Customer service was excellent in helping me secure stock of these verified stable units. If you need "always-on" power in a travel size, nothing else compares.

I experienced a bad connection between my Flash Pro Plus and one of my magnetic cables caused overheating that melted the end of the cable and the tip. I reported it and received a prompt reply that they would investigate the incident. They subsequently found that the problem was covered under warranty and promptly issued a replacement cord and tip. The service was friendly and efficient, and they kept me updated throughout the process so I never wondered what was happening or if the ticket was progressing through the system. With so many electronic accessory companies, it's common to hear about a great product but disastrous or non-existent customer service. This experience allows me to continue to purchase items from this company with confidence, knowing that they stand behind products and should I encounter problems, their customer service is of the same high quality as their merchandise.

My inquiry was answered quickly, so the existing problem could be resolved quickly.

The power bank is physically solid, and working well, including the wireless charging.

I ordered one of the initial run of the FlashProUltra powerbanks. It turned out that some of them had defects that prevented them from operating properly. After confirming that mine had the issue, Chargeasap didn't just send me another one from existing stock, they worked to develop an upgraded model that solved the issue and then sent me one. It took some time, but I was happy to wait for the fix.

The charger had a flaw that caused it to overheat at the plug. But they quickly and efficiently sent me a replacements.

Responsive customer service managed to change my delivery address as I wanted. Purchased multiple power banks and they have all performed well. Still the only established company that manufactures graphene banks which do not get as hot as lithium ion while charging.

recharge time is twice as fast as my other bank.

Disastrous, waited weeks for the product to arrive, in the end I disputed. It was determined the product had been returned to sender for reasons un beknown to me. Responses kept coming back with a 48 hour delay saying their hands were tied untill the freight forwarder responded. Eventually I logded a claim with Paypal and miraculously they responded and asked me to cancel the claim with paypal and they would re send. Paypal advise to not do this this. eventually i was refunded.

Have several chargeasap products. Each subsequent device less well made. Have chargeasap pro ultra battery. Has stopped holding charge. No customer service. Email links don’t work. Very poor. Won’t buy from them again

They have great products that are very innovative, good communication with costumers for warranty and other concerns. Definitely recommend for any one that uses tech or other USB charged devices daily for work or just EDC.

Had a small issue covered under warranty and their team sorted it out fast. Great communication and super friendly — honestly one of the best support experiences I’ve had.
