EXCELLENT SERVICE

Excellent service. Prompt response. The electrical goods were just what I needed.

Everything is ok with the washing machine. The electric cooker is the item that i am not pleased with. The old one was in better shape after a Year of being used than this new one with just one month. I don't even know how to clean it properly, i've tried several products and nothing seems to work. And after just 2 days of use there are these marks under the disks. Not pleased at all :(

My experience was fantastic from start to finish & so happy with new appliances & was kept informed all along about exactly when delivery would be & delivery men were so good & helpful

The washer and the drier came at the time I was told every thing went smoothly I would recomed them AO they fited took the wrapping away they were lovely and pleasant

It was very easy to apply for white goods, I was lucky enough to get a new fridge freezer the one I had was 24 years old.

I was impressed with the quality of products and the range available. The delivery guys where very capable & very meticulous and there was no clean up required they where so professional.

I was really surprised that I was granted the appliance that I requested. Going on 6 months with no fridge freezer was hard. The communication from Charis was 10/10. They let me know what would happen at each step and everything happened very fast.

Our cooker was broken and our washing machine was on the way out.
I had never heard of this scheme before our energy company (EDF), out of the blue put us in touch. After applying online, till the goods were delivered and installed it took 4 weeks. Also big thanks to AO who took away the broken machines and also altered my gas pipes to make them fit for purpose for the cooker install.
It's more than just getting free white goods it's the full package, well done!
