James was a lovely Polite delivery driver.

The process with ordering with Charles and ivy is straightforward and there is helpful staff to guide you.
Once payment is made. The delivery is scheduled.
The driver James that delivered today was exceptional. He was polite when he arrived and asked where the products would be placed. He made the effort to move the panels to the garage where he regarded as the most secure area to temporarily store. He never seemed phased or fed up with the heat.
Thumbs up to him.

Steve and Pablo delivered it on time. They were nice and friendly.

Great delivery, kept informed of time slot. Anthony who delivered the fencing was a smashing friendly chap!

Start with Shannon in sales.. excellent service! We needed the fence panels processed & delivered ASAP as there were builders on site. She walked through every step till the order was confirmed and got us the delivery date.

The delivery itself was as good as can be expected. Email to confirm time window, with regular SMS updates. Mike D. Was the driver, and checked every items as he confirmed his delivery. Even advised where the builders can get manuals and YouTube videos to ensure all is installed easily.

Steve and Pablo were great . Unfortunately they were given the wrong stuff.

Fairly long turn around time, but the panels are made to order. Everything comes wrapped to keep it together and undamaged, delivered by Charlse Ivy driver to make sure it arrives intact.
Paul, the deliverer, was excellent, carried it through to the back garden and was a very pleasant gentleman.
So now it's down to me to fit it all.

Ordered fence posts for my garden project which were delivered on time and in good condition. Realised I’d ordered 2 fewer than required so contacted Louise at customer service who arranged for the extra two to be delivered asap and from the same batch for colour matching. Very happy with service and help from Louise!

On their website (under 'Deliveries and Returns') they say, "Our stock availability is updated live on our website, so you won’t be surprised by lengthy delivery times when you shop with us. All Free deliveries are guaranteed within 3-12 working days (orders over £300) of your order." GUARANTEED! I got an email 3 days after ordering, saying "Great news! Your order is ready to be delivered". It took another 4 weeks for it to happen. And then the driver left me 1 wrong pack of slats. The first pack was right, so I removed all the sticky protection film and half-built my fence panel. By the time I was opening the second package and found it was wrong, he was 75 mins away and there's no way to contact him. Is mine the only 1 of 3000 orders in the past month to fail the guaranteed delivery time? or should Trading Standards be alerted to rash claims on the website, luring customers in?
They never answer line #2 (existing orders), but line #1 (sales) is always answered immediately. They don't answer emails, despite the auto-acknowledgement saying they'll respond in 24 hrs. The online chat only deals with sales. Clearly the quantity of orders they are taking is VASTLY beyond their capacity to fulfil them. Once you have ordered (and spent £100's or even £1000's) you will have a devil of a job to contact them about anything.
I ordered a single 4-foot fence panel: that is, 8 slats, 2 concrete post channels and a top & bottom trim rail. What was delivered was 2 packs of 5 slats (1 the wrong colour), 1 pack of 6 trim rails, 2 concrete post channels, and a 4' fence post which I don't need but comes with the panel kit. So clearly the items are not made to order, or even packed to order - they are presumably off the shelf (an external shelf, judging by the water that poured out of one slat pack), meaning that there is a likely huge waste of materials. Presumably this waste is factored into the prices, meaning customers are paying over the odds. I've paid for 2 extra 6' x 4.5" slats, 1 surplus 4' metal fence post and 4 extra 6' trim rails, all of which I have to THROW AWAY?!?!?
The product is good quality and looks great. Shame about the omnishambles of [dis]organisation, and wastage factored into orders. I will not use them again.

Chris was brilliant this morning. I was told I had an early morning delivery and Chris arrived as promised nice and early. He popped delivery where I asked and was very efficient. Service with a smile too!

Chris was extremely helpful and so welcoming. Nothing was a bother for him. He helped us find what we were looking for and in fact we ended up buying a few items (which we weren't meant to!). Im so glad that we met Chris, had a great knowledge of the products and I can't thank him enough. Highly recommended.
