The customer service was, by far, the best I have ever experienced. Details about the shoes were thoroughly explained and care was taken to ensure proper fit. The shoes were exactly as described and the leather is soft, comfortable, and of very high quality. I could not be more pleased.

I just received my second pair of Glastonbury boots and genuinely couldn't be happier!!! These boots fit like a glove and are so incredibly well built and comfy to wear...they don't dig in around the ankle or rub your toes unlike other brands ive tried, and don't require insoles to cushion the sole, they're just beautiful to both look at and wear. The packaging is top notch and the personal touches definitely make me feel like a valued customer (and the shoes like a gift to myself)! 100% will be buying more
