Complete scam, the quality is so poor considering the price and looks like something bought from a chinese website.

Terrible customer service that never return your money even though you have sent back the jacket.

I rarely leave bad reviews but felt like this needed to be addressed and after seeing similar ones hopefully the company takes this more seriously.

I purchased a coat just under a year ago. I have worn it a handful of times and it has a hole next to the bulky seam- quite a faff to fix and I expect this will cause issues in the future too. For an item of this price, you would expect it to last you years! And the way they pride themselves on being slower fashion etc it just feels so disappointing. I have personally never had holes in any of my coats that I have had for years ? It seems that these coats are style over substance completely & they are not fit for purpose.

The response I had was also disappointing, they shifted the blame on me and as expected blamed it on ‘wear & tear’ but as I mentioned, when do coats develop holes after a few wears it is ridiculous. I should have known baring in mind it doesn’t even come with lining and the fur falls off with every wear. I am so so disappointed and would never recommend these coats to anyone especially for the price point. Much better to buy secondhand/ vintage.

I never usually write reviews but I felt compelled to after my recent experience with Charlotte Simone. I purchased 2 coats from the recent drop and I’m in love with them! I emailed customer service to organise an exchange for a different size, they responded so quickly and I got my new coat so quickly too! Will definitely be purchasing again 🩷

Communication with this company is extremely poor I have ordered two coats now in separate drops My most recent coat I ordered was Lexy Looks a beautiful coat on the web site It arrived and I was so disappointed The pink faux fur on the sleeves was of such poor quality The material felt poor and the Charlotte Simone label was not sewn on straight !!!!! The sizing is all wrong too the Large is more like an 8

The previous coat was also of very poor quality !! For the price of these coats I would not bother

10/10 for the designs but the company lets itself down by the poor quality of the coats and customer service

My Bowie jacket started losing fur (inner lining) and I actually can't wear it because pink plastic hair gets stuck on (black) clothes like a cat was sitting on it. For this price I expected more, I'm very disappointed.

Wrote an email to customer service, after a while they replied and told me to gently use a blow dryer so lose hair falls off... it didn't solve the problem.

Superb service! Having bought two coats, I needed to double check I had bought the right size and made a call and was looked after so well. Even email correspondence has been swift and faultless.
The coats are everything I dreamed of and more! I couldn’t be happier :-) well done!

Beautiful coats but poor quality. The lining in my coat started coming undone at the seams from the first wear, and after a few more wears more of the internal seams are ripping and look terrible despite me being very careful with the coat. Materials don’t feel like good quality either. Doesn’t reflect the high prices.

My jacket arrived damaged, literally just a gaping hole in the interior. I contacted the customer service team to let them know what happened and included photos. No response. I then dmed their instagram account and was told to send a follow up email, so I did. I soon got an email saying they could refund me 5% for a seamstress fee or I could send my coat back for a replacement. I emailed back and asked how they replacement would go, who would cover shipping etc because I live in the states and shipping initially cost me nearly $50 and I wanted to know if having the coat (that was $400 in the first place and may I remind you arrived with a gaping hole inside) replaced would cost me $100 in shipping fees. No response. I then sent a follow up email, and finally after like a week I just asked if I could return my coat because I just honestly don’t want to deal with this company anymore. I then got an email (after u dmed their instagram to ask why after a week I’m getting no responses) saying “how would you like to proceed? I said I would like to initiate a return, because I had gotten no answer as to who would be responsible for the shipping fees, and wasting $50 is better than wasting $100 on an already wasted $400. It’s been over a week now, two follow up emails later and I have gotten no response. I dmed them on instagram again and no response. I was so excited about my jacket, saved up for it for so long, and now it’s unwearable and I’m unable to get ANY help from their team. Please do not buy from this company, from the other reviews I’ve read this is kinda their MO. So disappointing :( as a college student this was a big purchase for me, and as a woman I was so excited to support charlotte’s business☹️

I bought two coats. Immediately I realized I entered the wrong ship address so I emailed the company and texted (using the contact phone number from their IG) . I received Ed no response. I also told them that I saw my payment go through but I never got a confirmation email from them. Still no reply. So today I’m contacting Amex to get a refund . It’s been 6 weeks no word from Charlotte Simone.

Ordered a coat and have heard nothing. Terrible for the price of £400 think I have made a big mistake. Hoping Klarna will stop the payment.

I love the coats and their designs, but my Dixie coat has had to get repaired twice and ive only worn it a hand full of time! the stitching just keeps coming undone and for the price of the jacket the quality is really poor unfortunately :/.

Attention for the EU: For already an overpriced coat that does not justify the quality or design whatsoever, you must pay delivery costs of around 40 EUR and sit tight, customs taxes, which are minimum 200 EUR! In short, you pay between 700-900 EUR for a coat. If you think a simple faux fur coat is worth the hype, I simply don't. In addition, you are caught in a dead end, if for instance you decide to return the item, you have to pay again the customs and the delivery. Disgraceful.
