Horrible, so very disappointed in this company. Ordered on oct 17, thinking that it should come in 10 days as that is the only thing that is advertised on the website. It is now NOVEMBER 12, and I still have not received it. Emailed the company on the and got a response saying it should arrive on the fourth or until the end of the week, as you can see this was also not true. They love to blame the delays on COVID however why advertise 10 days if it will never be 10 days ( out of UK btw), "we are still a small family business", Does not matter , if you cant give customers what they had paid for within the promised times tan reconsider business. ON all of the bad reviews it is some stupid excuse and its honestly disgusting that they have not made any attempt to fix this issue at all. Even changing the advertised 10 days to a month instead would suffice. Misleading advertising, if your looking to buy something from this company DONT. There's tons of other sites that sell the same stuff as this, all the other reviews must be bots payed by the company, very very disappointed. No longer considering any future purchases and advice anyone to look for gifts elsewhere.

I’ll give 2 stars because the keychain I ordered is super nice. The sterling silver necklace I ordered however came completely tarnished. I emailed them about it and got told to use a polishing cloth to fix it. No resolution on the companies part no offer of replacement or compensation. I’m sorry but new jewelry shouldn’t be dark and tarnished. If you are a small company even more the reason that shouldn’t happen as typically you’d check or should check items before they are shipped.

I love my disc necklace and get a lot of compliments about it. I ordered 5 discs 3 with my children’s initial and birthdate and 2 with my grandbabies initial and birthdate.
Communication was excellent and questions were answered pretty much straight away. Shipping was excellent as well. I highly recommend charm Bear.

Received my order today, the disc I received was ment to be sterling silver but mine arrived discoloured. Have messaged them on Instagram currently waiting to hear a response back.

Got my response girl has apologised about my order and replaced a new one & refunded me the difference. So looking forward to seeing the new one as it’s a gift for someone.
