Ordered 3 matching initial disk necklaces for Christmas presents and they were delivered Christmas Eve in nz within a month of order date!

I ordered a couple of personalised keyring for Xmas presents, they came so quickly and were so lovely and well finished, I ordered another 3 for other presents. Would definately recommend this company for personalised gifts.

Well where do I start. I ordered my gift and paid for 1st class tracked delivery. I even sent an email asking when my order would be due to arrive I was told on or before the 4th jan. since then I have received nothing. Sent a message to company today told me they was looking into it and still haven’t gotten back to me. So disappointed why have an option to pay for 1st class service and receive nothing of the sort?

Such a great customer service experience! There was just a delay in the delivery since I'm located in Australia. I ordered Dec 1st and was really looking forward for it to arrive on Dec 17th. However I don't blame charm bear for the delay. There's just a flaw in the delivering system at the moment and bit backed up due to covid. They also use Royal Mail which doesn't provide a tracking #. But I believe as long as you've provided your correct mailing address, there'll be no issue at all.

Their customer service team is 500% responsive despite the time difference of UK & Australia. Never ending reassurances about my queries. Offered a refund or replacement of the product in case it got lost in the way.

My order arrived today, Jan 5th. To all customers that are waiting for their orders, just be a bit patient. :) I can vouch that Charm Bear isn't SCAM at all. The product is beautiful, elegant and classy. I see myself ordering more in the near future.

I ordered on December 4th, a Christmas gift, and still have not received my order and they will not give me a tracking number. I feel like this place is a scam and have requested a refund twice now with no success. Only to be told they are researching the shipment.
It is very disappointing.

I ordered on the 15th December a bracelet for Christmas. I haven’t even received any tracking shipment which is ridiculous. Also I’m paying for a complete save membership that I never even signed up for so why do they keep taking 15€ out of my account every month. I know usually the delivery is approximately 10 days and with Christmas delays it doesn’t help but I deeerve at least a refund of 30€ that has been taken from my account. I have tried contacting by email but they have been having problems finding my account which is terrible customer service in my opinion.

I placed an order on the 13th December and paid for the Royal Mail tracked delivery, within 3 days they emailed to say the order had been shipped but provided no tracking number or info.
I still have not received my item and they are still “trying to find the whereabouts of my delivery.”
Literally had no problems with pre christmas deliveries, even Hermes who are the worst of the worst, have managed to deliver on time so it feels like a load of rubbish.
Would not recommend this company…

I would not recommend this company at all, family owned or not, and I STRONGLY support small business. I ordered a Christmas gift in ample time to receive before Christmas and it has yet to arrive. I don’t understand why they can not provide shipping details, when I send packages to receive a tracking number. When I asked about recent tracking information, the explanation I got was blamed on the pandemic!!! That seems to be everyone’s “scapegoat” lately. This experience was very disappointing and I will not be recommending this company to anyone!!!

I recently purchased a CharmBear necklace for my mom for Christmas. The necklace itself is beautifully done. The shipping was extremely quick even with me living in eastern Canada and trust me when I say nothing gets here quickly !! The staff was beyond helpful and kind. As a customer who has purchased twice with this company i have to share how amazing their products are. I know you dont always get the quality that the online companys advertise but charm bear looks exactly the same as they show amazing quality and very well priced, both recipients were delighted with their gifts. I recently purchased a key ring for my hubby with our children’s names on it and a disc necklace for myself with our children’s initials and date of births, they are absolutely beautiful, I’m so happy with the quality of the product and how amazing they look.
We are in Australia and we received the products relatively quick considering Covid and Christmas time.
If you are looking for a great gift for a loved one or a friend I highly recommend Charmbear I will definitely be purchasing more gifts in the future :)

Currently 17days after my order was placed, and still no necklace. Nearly a week of back and forth with their customer service. I have requested a refund as clearly this order is lost, but being told they have to see what’s happened with Royal mail first. They have informed me that my order was not sent tracked delivery, so I’m not sure what use this is. Extremely disappointed and won’t be using again. The gift I ordered was for a friend, I have had to purchase something else. So I’m down nearly £30 for the necklace plus more for the additional gift I had to buy.

Took slightly longer to arrive then advertised, but that’s alright because it did have to ship a long way. I’m really happy with the product and think my girlfriend will love it
