This mummy belongs too was an awesome gift and was loved by my Granddaughter.

Do not spend your money here, it’s a scam! We ordered a gift early December 2025. Despite repeated emails, promises, nothing delivered and no refund.

Extremely helpful with enquiries. This my 2nd Christmas of buying gifts from here. It was great that I could buy additional charms for last years gifts. Orders arrived in super fast time. Highly recommended

Purchased a Mammy and Daddy Keychain with 3 Charms on each, for my daughter & son~in~law for Christmas, from my Grandchildren.
Also bought a personalised Keychain with 'Bopa' on for my youngest daughter, from her niece and nephews.
So very pleased with the Keychains and I know both my daughters and son~in~law will be too!!

I have used this company several times but have never had the need to deal with their customer service department, I recently made a purchase of a keyring with 1 charm as well as an extra charm for a previous keyring purchased, which I paid more for than an add on charm, the keyring arrived with both charms attached which was not what I purchased, I paid extra so that I got extra packaging as it was a gift, after several emails back and forth to their customer services i was told there was nothing they could do even though it was their error, i definately will not use this company again

Ordered from here and item was delivered two days later!! I was expecting it to be 10 days so was shocked when it came through the letter box so early. Quality of the product is amazing and as described on their website. Packaging is really nice and not just thrown in a little box. They really take care in placing it in a felt envelope with brand name on it.
Highly recommend and will be ordering from here again!

Purchased 2 key rings from here after an ad popped up on Instagram!
As a rule I don’t usually click on these type of ads as I’ve been burned before however these looked cute and I wanted something more thoughtful than the usual stuff for Father’s Day.
I ordered these (dad and grandad belongs to) on the 11th and was well aware of the turn around so expected them to come this week! Surprisingly they arrived on the Friday before Father’s Day.

The key rings have gone down really well with the recipient’s and they are actually lovely and really well made!
I plan on buying a couple more in the near future and I can only hope that I receive one too….failing that I’ll just buy my own.

I would definitely rate much higher than a 5 star if i could. When I purchased my keyring I only had two grandchildren and was overjoyed when it arrived. It far exceeded the picture on website and brilliant quality. Moving on and I have two more little people to add and it couldn't have been easier. My query about ordering just the little people and not a whole new keyring was picked up within 24 hours, I was walked through the process, placed my order, refunded the required initial overpayment and my order has been dispatched and will be with me within the next couple of days.
I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing again

From submitting order it has been an absolute delight to receive a friendly corteous and professional emails confirming order, then advising when dispatched and would absolutely recommend this company to all. I bought key rings for my daughter, son and daughter in law. They loved them and said they were beautiful. My son said his key ring was too nice to use. Everyone that saw them said how lovely they were and they’ve never seen anything like them before. Arrived really quickly and packaging was fabulous. I loved them so much I’ve ordered myself a key ring for myself. I will be using again and highly recommend this company. Excellent.

These necklaces are wonderful! I love keeping my sons so close to my heart. I loved them so much that I ordered the design in both gold and silver!

Bought a necklace for my friend a few years ago with her children’s initials and date of birth on. She recently became a nanan so I bought her another disc with her granddaughter’s initials on and she loved it. It’s a lovely product and she gets loads of compliments about it. Quick delivery and packaged nicely too would recommend and will use Charm bear again 😊
