Bad quality and unreachable customer service!

I contacted Charmette.shop twice shortly after receiving the bracelet, and now, after a month, I still haven't received a response. I contacted them because several charms were crooked or the print was blurry. After wearing the bracelet sometimes for a few weeks, the other charms are already starting to discolor, even though their website stated it was stainless steel—which is clearly not the case. I never shower or swim with the bracelet, so that certainly can't be the cause. Also, after wearing it a few times, the other charms are starting to deteriorate in quality as well. I do not recommend buying a bracelet from Charmette.shop.

Quality exceptional!

I just really loved the quality of the bracelet. The charms were all perfect and are waterproof. I'm so happy it won't go rusty. Also it got delivered quite fast to my surprise, so 10/10 service would recommend.

OBSESSED

I am ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED!
This is the most durable bracelet I've ever seen. I will be ordering sooo much more charms in gold AND silver, as well as a bracelet in silver. Delivery service was golden and kept me updated every step of the way.
Will buy again!!!
