I recently found my old Italian charm bracelet. I ordered new charms to update it and I am very pleased.

I was skeptical at first, for the ads being all over my feed out of know where , same for when the charms were in transit. But once receiver them that skepticism faded the charms are actually so cute and i’m allergic to “fake jewelry”, but it’s doing well on me. The support team is also pretty helpful, and id keep up the good work especially when it comes to support. And deals aswell 😉Also could we consider rewards accounts/an app? It’s not simple on the website to see past purchases or pick up where you left off for future purchases.

Lovely, little bit slow delivery

I love my new charms and am working on my 3rd bracelet.

I recieved my order very quickly and the charms are really good quality. I did recieve the bracelet free after purchasing any 10 charms of my choice! I like that there was a large variety of options to choose from and there were no extra "catches" very satisfied 😀

The bracelet is really beautiful and kind of easy to assemble, suitable for every size of wrist. The delivery time is okay, no problem at all.

The ease of ordering and quick delivery. Also the variety of charms.

Shipping is a long wait. It comes from china. The bracelet still pinches like the originals but if you don’t have a big gap and roll it on, the pinching is minimal. Love the assortment of charms though. Did not enjoy the Apple Watch attachment i bought. I have a 45mm face and the bracelet is too skinny with it but that’s my preference. Takes some time to get used to it

My charms are super cute and they have lasted much longer than ones from other companies, as well as not rusting.My order also arrived in such cute but simple packaging, it was very easy to get it out, and put together.

Initially I had zero issues. My most recent order got lost in transit (took over a month and they ship from China) and I'm waiting for a reshipment of my order though I still haven't heard anything.

Re: The charms I HAVE gotten, have all been super cute and I love them. They're a little hard to put together, even with the tool but it's a fun little project to assemble them and the result is a super cute bracelet that I get asked about all the time. Reminds me of 2000's era Limited Too and I'm a huge fan.of the nostalgia when I look at it. 🩷 I am particularly obsessed with anything fantasy and iridescent and they definitely came through!
