Love it. Super cute charms and delivered quickly

the oder was fast and they give up dates and I'm placing another order they are a little bit hard to do but once u get the hang of it their great love them

My experience with Charmette has been amazing. They have a wide variety of charms in either silver and gold. As someone who wears gold, I never thought I would be able to own a charm bracelet because I always saw them in silver. Also their prices and deal are too good to pass up on to not buy a bracelet. This brand is very affordable for its quality and variety of available charms. I also wanna touch bases on their customer service. I was having trouble with the website and their customer service was quick to respond back about what they can do to help. Charmette’s customer service and jewelry quality makes me wanna continue to buy and make more bracelets.

I was SO excited to see these bracelets making a comeback! I happily picked out 10 charms that meant something to me and waited anxiously for them and my free bracelet. After two weeks, my package arrived. However, I received NONE of the charms I ordered. None. It wasn't like a few got mixed up. They sent me completely random charms that mean nothing to me. I was disappointed to say the least. I've tried contacting them via e-mail and Instagram to get this corrected. I left a warning comment for others on probably a dozen of their Instagram posts and found that Charmette had time to delete the comments, but no time to message me or attempt to make this right. Don't waste your time or money. Terrible customer service.

I put a 2 because I really liked my bracelet and the charms for my first order, but on my second order of charms it says delivered but I never received them. Bummed out about it.

The charms are super cute. I love each one that I picked. I already had a silver bracelet, so I ordered several silver charms to finish my bracelet, but I couldn't help ordering the gold charms and received the gold bracelet free. I really like both. I was surprised how fast my order was filled and arrived at my door with no complications. Customer service was great, and I knew where my order was at each step of the way. Now that I have a gold bracelet, I will be ordering from Charmette again to complete it.

I ordered 17 gold charms and a rose gold bracelet which was free with 10 charms. The charms were also half off so lovely deal. I had received an incorrect charm and emailed about it. I was reached back quickly with an offer for a $5 coupon, and a 20% off code. They let me keep the incorrect charm. I posted a review on one of their ads on Facebook, and they responded and said to DM or email my order number and they would send the correct charm along with some other “goodies” I did DM but haven’t heard anything so I’m going to try emailing again. Overall pleased with the experience and love my bracelet.

Decent shipping, great product quality and perfectly packaged. will be buying more for sure it’s so beautiful.

These charms are so adorable! I didn't realize you don't need to buy the bracelet to turn the charms into a bracelet, but the bracelet was free so I'm not complaining!!

I love my bracelet!!!
My only issue was that I did not receive one of my charms, but i was given a $5 voucher to get a replacement one!

Loved the selection they have, everything came in in great condition exactly as advertised and in a timely manner.

Absolutely loveee it! Totally worth it too!
