6 weeks waiting for my order and they don't give me my money back.
I placed my order CHARMS-92585 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the charms to arrive.
Everytine I complain they say that the order has been held in customs (charms come from China) and they apologize for the delay. That's It. I have asked for my money (90€) back twice and they just ignore me. According to them I have to keep waiting.
It's better to buy from Aliexpress, same quality but quicker delivery.
Never buying from them again.

I really like the bracelets
I really like the bracelets. It’s pretty and I love how I could customise it but one charm is like on the wrong side or something. It’s like with the heel and lipstick and it just doesn’t sit the right way but overall really cute.

I got wrong charms and charms fall of quickly
I ordered a bracelet on this site with a lot of charms. First I got a wrong charm so I mailed them and asked if I could get a new one. They sended me a new one and it was the same wrong charm I got the first time, I mailed them again and they said I no longer had a warranty on my bracelet. So I never got the rigth charm. from the twelve chrams I orderd i have 8 left and they are all discolored. Meanwhile on the site they said "stainless steel". I won't order again.

My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive…
My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and when it did the watch and 1 of the charms were missing. When I informed customer service I was told the watch was out of stock, wasn’t sure when they were planning telling me this but took my money anywhy. On saying that I did get a full refund after I returned the charms from that order.

COMPLETE SCAM
IM FUMING. I ordered a silver bracelet and it took two weeks to "arrive" i got a notification saying my order had been delivered so got very exited. when i got home it was nowhere. I spoke with neighbours, checked nearby houses, all of the usual places and some random spots like bins and the compost but nowhere. I contacted them 5 times and had one response saying "check usual spots" so if anyone fro the charms official company is reading this i kindly ask for my bracelet and a full refund.
