disappointing sevice
I brought a Nyos quantum protein skimmer last weekend and unfortunately when I was setting it up I discovered that a part had been broken, this was not me so it must of been from when it was made at the factory or in transit. I am disappointed with the service as I have connected charterhouse aquatics and have heard nothing from them, whether they can do anything about it or not.
