I have had this review message before…
I have had this review message before the tank has arrived. It was meant to arrive on Friday, but no communication as to where it is or why it hasn’t arrived.
Their phone lines are closed over the weekend so I’m unable to ask where it is and their delivery company doesn’t have a tracking service.
However, their diligence to correct the error once phone lines reopens has been good and communication has been quick and polite.
A poor start, but the their customer service is impressive.

The order was incomplete
The order was incomplete. Although the missing item was a cheap hose connector it was still very much needed. I sent a message using their contact form asking for it to be sent asap (as I had paid for it as part of an over £100 order) and after well over a week have heard nothing from Charterhouse and still no missing item.
