Have used Charter Travel (Specifically Andy H) for every one of our Florida trips spanning the past 20 years. The service is always nothing short of outstanding with every aspect of the holiday covered (flights, accommodation, car hire, park tickets etc). As a group of up to 10 people, we have often asked for specific things as part of the package (e.g. an additional car or a specific type of villa) and they have always met these demands. I have always felt as if Andy has our best interests at heart and genuinely cares about getting the customer the best deal for them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at booking at a Florida Package Holiday.

Got in touch with Charter travel re our trip to Hawaii. Linda from Charter Travel who did all the booking including car hire and accommodation was very helpful. She helped us organise the trip which was amazing and we had a lovely family holidays. I would definitely recommend booking with her.

Once again we have opted for Charter Travel to arrange our Florida Holiday. As always they have been excellent at arranging all we required and done it at a great price. Credit to Andy Hornett who is always a pleasure doing business with and goes above and beyond to answer and help with my numerous queries. Cant recommend him highly enough.

Great experience booking with Charter Travel for a 2 week holiday to Disneyworld Florida. Andy was very helpful throughout and got us a great package together with lots of useful suggestions on how to build what was right for us.

I've used Charter travel a couple of times now and found them to be really friendly and helpful. What I like is that they don't bombard you but they support you in every step of booking your holiday. They are really quick at getting back to your emails, and help get the most out of your booking. Highly recommend :)

We are seasoned travellers and usually book flights, accommodation etc independently.
However, when pricing a two centre holiday to Honolulu and Las Vegas the cost was excessive (we were very specific on the detail - flights/hotel class/room types).
We contacted Charter Travel on an off chance following an internet search and thank goodness we did.
Our point of contact was Linda and we cannot thank her enough.
Firstly, she followed our requests (which were annoyingly specific) to the letter and then the price, well, let’s just say when we costed the trip the total from Linda for the entire holiday was what we could get the accommodation for only - our pricing did not include the transatlantic, direct premium economy flights with a major carrier, let alone the return internal flights - truly incredible.
Linda was professional, patient and knowledgeable.
As first timers to Hawaii she provided us with an immense amount of ‘tips and inside info’ ranging from the best bars, best value taxi transfers, day trips including private tours. The information and detail was endless even to the point of advising us to take washing liquid tabs with us to use the hotel laundrette (as this was a 3 week trip) which we did.
We had a fabulous time and that was definitely due to the forward planning using this information, it removed a lot of stress and confusion.
People are quick to complain but rarely take the time to say thank you.
We will definitely use Charter Travel again, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We booked our family trip to Orlando through Charter Travel. The insight they provided was useful and they managed to secure a price cheaper than another agent that quoted. Once the booking was made we emailed to request a quote for upgrades on the plane, but got no response. After chasing we finally got a response and the price of an upgrade was too much. Had they have replied promptly then they would have scored higher. It didn't ruin our holiday but it put a dampner on it and we probably wouldn't use an agent again

Just back from holiday arranged by Charter Travel. The whole trip from start to finish went so smoothly. Danny was so helpful arranging flights, car pickups and hotel and all were perfect. He gave suggestions about which destinations would be suitable for me and what to see once there. Cannot praise Danny and Charter Travel highly enough -will def use again .

From the moment Charter Travel got involved in organising our honeymoon we knew that we were in safe hands. Danny listened to the type of honeymoon which we wanted and then together we planned the trip of a lifetime to Costa Rica. Nothing was too much trouble for Charter Travel. Hotels, transport, flights and excursions were all organised and everything went so smoothly. Costa Rica was amazing the variety of plants, animals and amphibians which we saw including a sloth swimming, eyelash viper, tree frogs. We were brave and walked across hanging bridges up in the rain forest, did a zip wire and even swam in a waterfall. The hotels were excellent from luxury comfort, great food choices and personal service. We opted for a week of touring and sight seeing followed by a week of relaxing by the sea. Huge thank you to Danny and Charter Travel for giving us the best honeymoon. We came back with so many memorable moments. Can’t wait to book with you again.

We have used Charter Travel 3 times to book our Florida trips. Danny has been our consultant spanning over 15 years and each time we have received amazing customer service. Plenty of options of villas to choose from. Fast responses day and night. Great attention to detail and makes everything so easy.
