Not ChatGPT - Cheap Knock Off with Poor Support
I made the mistake of purchasing Pro subscription thinking it was ChatGPT. I have ChatGPT on my phone and love using it and went to purchase Pro on web and accidentally clicked the link for this AI app. Naming is so similar that I didn’t realize it was different.
I tried making the best of my mistake but the AI function is so far behind ChatGPT that I couldn’t even use it. I tried to reach support to cancel my subscription and request refund. When I finally found a support email I kept getting the same auto generated response to navigate to a specific page to cancel subscription. I could not find any cancel button and when I replied to support email I stopped receiving response.
As a last resort I deleted my account and pray they do not charge my card again. $60 lost to the abyss of the World Wide Web.
