Make sure you order the correct size. I thought I am 4XL in the underwear department but I now realise I am a mere 3XL. I advise that you look carefully and honestly at the Chatley's size chart guide.

D555 the brand you bought is a leading manufacturer in mens big sizes and is one of our best sellers. Was the item too big, too small or too long please let us know. You are more than welcome to exchange or get a refund for your item as long as it has not been worn of which I assume it hasn't if the size was not right.

Good Customer Service
Easy to use website with clear information about the product you are looking at. I placed an order and the website would not allow me to order. I contacted the help line and they answered my question as I had bought the last item, but they would contact me when the new stock arrived. That is what I call good customer service, also the goods were at a good price.
