Great value and service at a favourable cost
Easy to navigate website with a large selection to choose from and all sizes in stock and ready for dispatch. The price was excellent in comparison to other online stores. Delivery was super efficient with the boots being delivered within 24 hours of ordering. Could teach other online retailers a thing or two on how to run a business.

Excellent service and delivery of my item in the first instance but then sadly 2 months later I had an issue with the item. Customer service was incredible, I had an item replacement sent to me without any hassle at all and it was so easy to communicate via email, with prompt responses returned to me-thank you Daniel for all your help. Blown away by the high standard of customer care. A very happy customer and will happily use this company again.

I took a chance on these boots because they were much cheaper than similar options, but the good reviews convinced me. Glad I went for it. Fast, free delivery and a solid pair of boots at a brilliant price. Can’t fault it, will shop with Shuzes again.

Very happy with excellent all round experience.
Shuzes were the only site that had my size of the walking shoe I wanted to purchase for the (very reasonable) price I wanted to pay. Whilst delivery wasnt next day it was nonetheless acceptably quick.

The best customer service!
Oh my goodness this company has the best customer service EVER! Due entirely to my own inability to order something with the correct postage, Daniel very quickly sorted my problem by email and then noticed I subsequently ordered the wrong size and sorted that too! It’s a rare thing in this day and age to have confidence in the order and return service of an on line company but I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. They’re great! (Especially Daniel!)
