Excellent service !

Excellent service from a tradition brand. I ordered a nice pair of oxfords which unfortunately were too tight for my feet. The quality of the shoes was impeccable and even if I had to send them back, all went smooth as butter.

Für Lieferungen nach Deutschland läuft alles top mit Global E und DHL Express, die Rücksendung ist auch ganz gut geregelt.

Excellent

Excellent. Fast delivery service and superb, comfortable shoes. I’ve worn Cheaney shoes for years and have never been less than completely satisfied.

Customer Service Let Down

I have bought shoes from here for ten years loving the quality of the product, design and heritage.

With more than ten pairs of shoes in the wardrobe I am sorry to write that on customer service they have really let me, and their brand down.

At the start of the year I sent a pair of boots for refurbishment and it took three months for them to come back - when they did they were a different colour. On a monthly basis I have called in to find out status on resolution. Laterly asking if I could be provided a new pair of the same shoes after no other resolution was being offered.

Now almost 2/3 through the year I have chased to be told the shoes are back for collection and should now be the right colour again.

Beyond that an apology for the trouble, no mention of a refund on the refurbishment or any acknowledgement for the inconvenience or poor service.

Upon looking at our records we can see that you requested the boots to be recoloured to our new ‘Dark Leaf’ colour. After we had completed this you decided that you didn’t like the colour.

We stripped back the colour to make it lighter as requested, I understand that we did this twice to try and make the colour to your liking. This does unfortunately take time.

I can confirm your boots are waiting for collection and they look great. So, we hope you now continue to enjoy wearing them. Cheaney HQ
