if i could i would not even give them a star. terrible... placed an order on the 8th nov tried to cancel next day and they ignored my request. the worst company for answering your emails, please do not order from here. it seems like a scam. as from today still haven't received my blinds or had a refund. would not recommended wish i had read all the reviews first.

Ordered day to night blinds x3 the…

Ordered day to night blinds x3 the prices are unbeatable & the only way I could afford my blinds is through cheapest blinds. They are exactly the same as any of the other companies & more than half the price. They are stunning, my friends couldn’t believe it so they are all now looking. They do everything online so you just have to wait but responding has been quick enough for me & given the price it’s worth the wait. Got another blind on order and my vertical one has arrived but that’s waiting for the man to put it up for me. Can not recommend enough.

Ordered a blind

Ordered a blind, no email of receipt or order confirmation. Emailed them twice raising this concern as two weeks and still no response or blind! Terrible service no not buy with this company.

Poor Quality

Oh!!! how I wished that I had read the reviews prior to placing the Order. The blinds Rail has just arrived and to my disgust I find the quality of the Blinds (Rail) somewhat of what you would expect from the backstreets of China. On fitting the Tacky Rail and attaching the vertical Blinds I tried to swivel the blinds only to find that after many attempts they refused to rotate eventually snapping the inadequate cord (Plastic) So ,back to square one to find a reliable source that doesn't supply sub manufactured fittings.

Excellent service: ordered Monday received the following Sunday. Exactly as ordered (solar powered blind for Keylite window) Easy to fit. Looks good.

Sorry I doubted Happy I bought

I seen the reviews here 2 weeks after ordering and a week after emailing for an update with no reply,my hearth honestly sank and I thought I was caught by a scam for the 1st time.
At the end of the 3rd week I got an apology email stating the order had been returned damaged to them by the carrier.
3 days later and the blinds are here and are high quality and easy to fit. 2 VELUX windows stripped and fit in less than an hour.
Sorry I doubted them and will buy again.

Poor quality product, super bad service.

I ordered 3 black, natural wood blinds for the windows in my front room.

First the good stuff: it was easy to place my order, which was acknowledged quickly. The blinds are a perfect fit and they look great, in the most part. They were easy to put up and the instructions were clear.

Now the rest: they were late, and what made it worse is the very poor communication. I was left chasing my order and they simply didn't reply, at first. Thinking that the whole thing was a con, I was at the point of claiming a refund through PayPal when I eventually got a response. Although the blinds are black, where they have been cut to length they have been left in raw wood. There is a wooden trim that goes across the top of the blinds, this too was left in raw wood, it is held in place with two plastic clips, which stick out like a sore thumb. Similarly, there are twelve fasteners (rivets?) on the bottom of each blind, they have a chrome like finish, which looks super nasty on a black blind. There are two strings on each blind for raising and lowering the blind. These two strings feed into a toggle, where the two lines in are converted to one line out. On delivery one of these toggles was in pieces. These toggles fall apart on every use.

The quality faults could be fixed by anyone with relative ease, although I shouldn't have to. What I cannot fix is poor service.

Happy with the product.

I was a bit nervous when I didn't hear anything for a little while, but I was informed they were closed, due to the Christmas period.
The blinds are perfect, and high quality also.

Ordered perfect fit blinds

Ordered perfect fit blinds, then read reviews and panicked! However I had no issues. I contacted them a week after I ordered as I had measured wrongly and they updated my order with no extra charge. Blinds arrived yesterday and are perfect.

Good quality no problems

I was a bit wary after reading the bad reviews however I can't fault them one bit. I ordered a 340cm headrail for a vertical blind to replace my broken one, the website gave a two week turnaround, It was packaged well and delivered at two weeks as said. I paid £44 including delivery which was a great price as other sites were charging £100 plus. Good quality fits perfectly, very happy.

Should’ve read the reviews before hand!

Wish I read the reviews before hand, it’s been 3/4 weeks since I’ve heard anything about my blinds, I keep tracking my order & it’s still ‘processing’. Sitting in a house with a child & unable to afford new blinds before Christmas isn’t great!
I’ve emailed several times, even filling in the request form online & still nothing. I understand everyone’s busy but customer service is 0. Quick to take your money though. Unable to even get a refund on a £300 order as I placed it through my bank & not PayPal :(

Do Not Use. Keep Away

Do Not Use. I returned the blinds as they were incorrect and now the will not return any of my emails. Don't bother to call them. If you like you could write a letter to Alex Fletcher at 16 Ffordd Cae Canol, Trefnant, Denbigh, Wales, LL16 4YJ or Louise Fletcher at 63 Leamington Road, Little Sutton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, CH66 4AA as these are the owners of the business (if you call it that).

Avoid

Ordered ‘next day blinds’ it’s been 5 days now, no response to my emails, no one answering the phones and they’ve taken my money! Absolutely disgusting, I will be sharing this experience all over social media. I just want what I have paid for.
