Poor quality and no customer service to speak of.
Bought a pool vacume head that I believed to be a counterfeit (details below). I phoned 4 times to request an explanation or a refund. The company used evasion and prevarication tactics on each occasion until I asked for a realistic deadline for resolving this simple case. This is when true colours were shown. They would not admit to faulty item and wanted me to pay for return postage.
Details: Item was a pool vacume head that should weigh 3.3kg to function correctly. Theirs was 2.4kg , hence would not remain at the pool bottom and as such has poor suction. I contacted the manufacturer to enquired. The latter confirmed that they have never produced the item with a reduced weight.
