To me, they work like a scam. I bought two domains. Less than two months in one of them was suspended. They claimed it was suspicious activity yet couldn't tell me. They just sent me a generic email with a link to generic information which told me nothing. I hadn't had a chance to connect it to anything so, there was no suspicious activity. I told them to just cancel it and they refused to refund me. I want nothing further to do with them. I'm canceling everything and will not use them again.
The company is legit but it works as a scam. Once you pay, there is barely any customer service or a way to even refund anything. I got billed for 260$ for trying to pay 2$. Then im trying for almost a week to get back my money with no actual way. I lost hope and i will just change my credit card info so they don’t withdraw more.
