I have always been using this site whether for domestic or international flights.

I purchased our seats (family of 4) for almost $1,000 for this flight. The purpose of which is get us stay together or close to each other during the flight especially the 14-hour flights. The airline has changed our seat arrangements few times already since March 2026 when I purchased the tickets. Why so?? What's the use of purchasing the seats when you keep changing them? Do not all aircrafts have the same numbers? When we purchased seats 22ABCD- do they not have the same in other aircrafts?? It is either I do not purchase ANYMORE seats in the future or not use your site ever again if this is the case or better yet both. I am just upset and disappointed how the airline keeps changing our seats when we preselected and paid for them.

I have no problem with the staff, all gracious though.

I have a flight reservation from Toronto to Dammam, for which I have received a booking confirmation but not the actual tickets. My account indicates that my credit card is under review and requests that I contact an agent.

Upon contacting an agent, I experienced a significant wait time. When the agent became available, they were unable to verify my credit card. The agent placed me on hold twice: first for over 19 minutes, stating they were attempting to contact my bank, and then for 2-3 minutes, after which they reported an inability to reach my bank. Given the brevity of the second hold, I question the thoroughness of the attempt.

Subsequently, I requested to cancel the existing booking to proceed with an alternative provider. The agent transferred me to another department, where I waited for 30 minutes before the call was disconnected without the cancellation being processed.

Currently, I am in an unresolved situation. I am unable to proceed with a new booking due to the existing reservation and the potential for a 10,000 CAD charge on my credit card. I am also hesitant to make a new booking and risk being charged twice, as I anticipate difficulties in securing a full refund.

I am profoundly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by your company and its representatives. Furthermore, the inability to self-cancel through your application without agent intervention is a significant concern.

Every step is reader friendly and very clear. Prices are competitive.

Flight bookings went smoothly. But for rental car booking was made with a different credit card from the one used for Flight booking. Showed the alternate card was accepted. However, summary showed rental charge included with the flight booking.

94828064 endless poor bot chat help experience; went through US office, then back to the cheapoair.c site to have date changed from Nov 25 to Nov 27. change fees were either $260 or $240 p.p. On the last quote of 240, in lieu of the promo discount you did not allow, the desk supervisor offered to reduce the cancellation fee to $190. On your final confirmation received by e-mail you charged us booking charges of $740 instead of the $380 agreed upon. This will reduce the bill to $1474.00 instead. Please adjust properly. otherwise I'll have to report this to VISA as fraud. I have taken screen save shots to confirm the $190 fee p.p. to back up my claim.
