We bought a round-trip ticket the return trip time changed when I called and told them I don't like the time if they can change it for me the aske me twice the price of the round-trip ticket. when I ask a refund, I was told my refund is $18.I gave you one star because their is no obtion for -5star iwould have given you that. Booking by phone
The gentleman I spoke with, Amaury, was very helpful and patient with me. It was a pleasure dealing with Porter. My only disappointment is that the flight I booked to Sudbury is no longer a direct flight, but I'm sure that was Porter's decision to be more efficient.

Best customer service
I had the best customer service from Cheap O'air, it really surprised me in a positive way. I had a issue with my son's ticket at the time of his check in at the airport, a mistake I made when I booked. I called Cheap O'air and they were fast, and went beyond what they could do to try to help me. They stayed with me in the call while I was trying to resolve the issue at the airport with the Airline, even though their "job" was done at that point. They were calm and very nice during the entire call. Best customer service I had. Too bad I was in a rush and did not have time to ask for the attendant's name and the supervisor who also spoke to me. Both phenomenal!! Will only buy tickets there now.
