Careful with 3-year certificates, bad support
Purchased a 3-year certificate bundle, got an email to renew 3 months before the first one expired. We did the renewal and they said they will add the remaining time to the new certificate (see their "refund policy" page), but the new certificate is valid 3 months less than the original purchase period. No response from the "24/7 Support" they are claiming.
