I had an extremely frustrating experience regarding my refund with SectigoStore’s support team. My issue is still unresolved despite multiple chats and emails over 13 days. Initially, they promised to escalate my case and provide an update within 24 hours. That never happened.
When I followed up, I was once again asked to wait while the billing team reviewed my case—but what exactly is there to review? It's my credit balance, and I simply requested a refund as per their policies. The delay is completely unacceptable, and every time I reach out, I receive the same generic response: “Kindly wait for an update.”
At this point, I have lost trust in their service. If you are considering purchasing from SectigoStore, be aware that their refund process is painfully slow, and their customer service is unhelpful. I would not recommend them at all!

Two weeks after I thought a successful update of my certificate had been applied I recognised that the new certificate had been active but the old one was also active.
Therefore I had to redo everything from the scratch including the reset of my account.
SectigoStore provided a great support and made everything happen so I could successfully replace the old certificate by the renewed - at this time I exchanged the certificate directly and everything works perfect now!

Support is non-existent outside of telephone calls which I refuse to use. Their email box is unmonitored (it's been 3 months and I've pinged them 1-2 times per month). Live chat advertises a response in under 2 minutes - I received no response.

After posting a support ticket, I received an automated confirmation email. Still no reply to support ticket. Zero communication. I've decided to follow the advice of others to write a letter to the FCC, FTC and State Attorney. Reduced 5 star to 3 star.

I ordered the cert on Friday (07-21-23). Site says 24/7 support so I thought at latest I hear back by Monday. Nothing. So I went back to the robot chat and they asked for a photo id of account owner. They could have asked for this on Friday morning. Perhaps it was my mistake for asking if this could be done in an hour? Get your cert anywhere. There's no integrity here. Still no word back after 5 days.

I wish I'd have read all other reviews. It's a scam company using Sectigo name in order to get orders. I have purchased OV certificate a month ago an still haven't received it! It takes ages for them to reply with empty promises. Will have to open a chargeback for them!
It‘s a disaster, not a service.
If you want to wait for the certificate more then two or even more months, without even replies from the „validation team“, spending time over the phone taking to completely unprofessional team - go for it. Otherwise I would suggest to find something better.

This company is NOT Sectigo, it is a high-volume, low-margin reseller of Sectigo/Comodo CA certificates.
Their documentation and workflows are in complete disarray, frequently sending you in circles for days.
Their customer support is entirely made up of exhausted and under-staffed off-shored call centers who have poor English and terrible phone connections which frequently just disconnect mid-call, sending you back to the beginning.
Absolutely terrible. Go to Sectigo's website and purchase direct. It's 20% more expensive, but 1000% more reliable and effective.

Although I am having trouble with getting my email certificate installed, from one specific technician, (Jackson N) has continued to follow-up with me to insure that I have gotten my certificate installed.
