This production was a real letdown

This production was a real letdown. It was billed as an adaptation of Queen's iconic songs, but what we experienced instead was a poorly conceived intergalactic saga that seemed like something Joey from Friends might take part in. As the play progressed, it only got worse. We hoped for some plot twists to keep us interested, but none came. By the 10-minute mark, it had turned ridiculous, and we decided to leave about 30 minutes in.The main actors and plot felt mismatched, lacking chemistry, except for the villainous lady whose singing we actually enjoyed.Honestly, save your time and skip this one; it's likely the strangest experience you'll encounter.

Singers and orkestre where god but

Singers and orkestre where making a god but too loud and i recoverd one day later. Unfortuartly missed my earing protection.
Light focussed with thausand of lumen toward the audiance, at the time the real performance begun at the second act,i had to cover my eyes, the view was disruptet.
Bad experince
Normally i can cope with bagpipes and heavy, but this was way too much.
Still there was some good performances, but i can't recommend the event.
Roses for the performers, but a terrible event.

Absolutely horrible production - don't waste your money

Absolutely horrible production. First of all, the play is considered to be an adaptation of Queen's famous songs. But in fact, you're going to see a badly-written intergalactic play that Joey from Friends would star in. As we continued watching the play, the worse it became. And initially we wanted to see some plot twisting or something that would entice us to say with no luck. It became absurd around the 10th minute or so and my partner and I left around 30 mins after the play started.

The plot and the main actors weren't casted nicely as they lacked some synergy between them (apart from the lady villain as we did enjoy her signing).

Honestly, don't bother and don't waste your time as this probably would be the most odd experience you'll visit.

We will Rock You - Musical

We will Rock You - review

Expected so much and paid an absolute fortune (not with ‘cheaptheatretickets’ but direct from the London Coliseum).

What an absolute disappointment!

The only good parts were when the Queen songs were sung (they always lift your soul) and when Brit and Killer Queen were on (the legs on that man - WOW, and KQ’s voice and demeanour (the alternative Queen not Brenda Edwards). They made the show.
Scaramouch and Galileo were wrongly cast, not one ounce of charisma between them. I used to see more at my kids school plays when they were young.
It was part a badly written and cast play mixed with a badly cast pantomime. Elton added the final death knell by casting himself in it. Beyond Dreadful!

There were people from abroad sitting in front of us who, I think, came over especially to see it. They weren’t happy at all and even turned round to us in the break, asking what we thought. As I’d purchased tickets as an anniversary present for my husband, he wasn’t going to say he didn’t like it ( although I could tell he wasn’t impressed despite being a Queen fanatic) and the both of us just smiled and nodded in the right places.

Don’t waste your time and money. Just because it’s in a London Theatre, doesn’t mean it’s good.
