After seeing this product online for…
After seeing this product online for months I took the leap and purchased their bundle.
Their order came timely and i was excited.
However, when the package arrived, there were missing and duplicate items. I attempted to contact them by using the only communication method available, chat with Jasmine from Chebeauty. It has been 15 min and not so much of an acknowledgement that my message was received.
UPDATE: It's been a week. I never received a response from the chat with Jasmine. Approximately 30 minutes later I sent an email about my issue. I finally received a response 5 days later telling me they received my email and will look into it.
I still have no resolution or an ETA on it.
