Terrible!

Terrible!! Ordered on the 20th, was given a link to "shop" app to watch tracking, item never got sent. I waited until suddenly they cancelled on 25th, 5 days later with no apology and no reason given, just an email confirming a refund. Refund can take 10 working days it says. I would just stay clear of this is site if this is how they treat customers. They should of contacted sooner if there was a stock iissue or something instead of wasting my time. If this was a gift for someone it would have not arrived in time.

Checkout Beauty online purchase

Ordered a Christmas gift from them online on 7th December 2025. To date (3rd January) nothing has arrived. The company will not respond to any communications. No idea if my purchase will ever turn up. Would not use again.
