I got a message, that I had to check out, which is fine. But, after I log into "check out" with my peronal ID, the site turns inactive, and it is not possible to finish the check out anyway.
I wasted al lot of time, trying several times both on my phone and then on my laptop - no succes. And this was a very short one stop journey - so this is maby going to be expensive both in time and money ....
It’s like they’re deliberately putting effort into making the experience as horrible as possible.
Their phone support workers just stole 400dkk from my account when they cancelled a monthly pass without my approval, and now they wants me to pay an extra 100(200dkk as they are sending to a recollection company).
So bad this is the only public transport company and owns the full country.
