I had never heard of ChefSupplies before. I wanted to replace a pan I warped (oops!) but was looking for a Canadian retailer to buy from. ChefSupplies came up in my search and I’m glad they did! The pricing was competitive with US chain stores and Amazon, and the delivery time was shorter. My order was even packed using recyclable packaging. I would definitely order from them again.

Horrible experience...received a defective John Boos wood chopping board with a chip in the board. Took over 2 weeks to get this refunded which should take a few days. Had to constantly follow up to ensure they received my return and the process to get the refund.
No customer service at all.

Absolutely no commitment on delivery
Received items after two months when while ordering shows will ship in 3 to 4 days
Wrong advertisement on website and making people fool
There was no option other than waiting until we got on 10 may finally the items

have not recieved order after 6 weeks from ordering. although i have paid for it-no communication from company. tracking is difficult.

Amazing coffee - my last pot same brand lasted for about 20 years. The pot on this one is a bit heavier and glass inside, but it's fine keeps coffee hot for a long time. Very quick shipping!

Purchased a pizza oven cover and told it would be delivered in 2-3 days??!?!...then over a week later I needed to pick it up at the warehouse and still had to wait over 1/2 hr to receive it as the warehouse staff didn't know where it was. Poor communication and delivery options.

This Zwilling meat cleaver has just the right weight and grip for our meat prep.

Demeyere! I have been purchasing this brand for years & found it to be exceptional in cooking, cleaning, handling, & appearance. Much better than the popular American brand competition. Although similar in appearance & materials used, the manufacturing design is superior in many ways. One detail being, no rivets used as a potential for grime build up. For me, details count.

Fair price, quick shipping, items arrived in perfect condition.

I placed an order early April, two weeks later I got contacted by some Jenny from customer service, saying my items were found in Spain, and it would cost 700$ extra to get them shipped to my address, my itmes appeard available and ready to ship in 2 or 3 days, I told her I was not going to pay that amount, it was more than the double of the total of my invoice. She hung up and automaticly canceled the order.
