Extremely Disappointed with Seller's Service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from chemist.co.uk. I purchased an item that never arrived, and it has been four months since I requested a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, I have not received any response.
The lack of communication and delay in resolving this issue is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to receive prompt and satisfactory service. Unfortunately, they failed to meet my expectations.
I urge other customers to avoid this seller, as their poor service has caused me great inconvenience and frustration. I hope that this review serves as a warning to others considering purchasing from them.
I strongly advise against purchasing from chemist.co.uk, and I hope that they improve their service to avoid disappointing other customers in the future.

My order was delivered and part damaged and wrong order sent. I emailed the company and someone got back to me and refunded me for damaged goods. I did keep the some of the peoduct sent as it was similar to what I asked for and all was resolved amicably. Thanks

Capsules were returned by Royal Mail. Impossible to contact the company. They do not return phone messages, do not answer customer services email or the site email.
Still no refund. Avoid this company at all costs.
