I order a child product and they send me an adult one,worst customer service that i ever see,they answer after a week saying to send it back if i want so because for them the barcode matching my order,i will advice to avoid buying from them

A lot Cheaper then stores.Quick delivery, goods as described.

Products were shipped over a month ago on a 48 hour service. Still not arrived (proved by tracking). Chemist.co.uk just say they will refer to to their courier but are refusing to refund or replace. Basically the order has not been fulfilled adn they refuse to accept responsibility.

Order was on 48h delivery yet nearly 2 week later still not arrived. Emailed customer services and yet to respond. Ordered 3 tubs of baby milk for newborn twins to save money which was I total waste of time

I order something and I receve something else and they don't respond when I did the complaint

Ordered a product (special milk my baby needs) from this site, paid for 48 hour delivery, 4 days later it's not arrived, but payment has been taken. No response to my email. The phone number on the site is coming back 'not recognised'. Tried to submit an enquiry form but it came back with an error message. Essentially they've taken my money, not provided the product, and it's impossible to contact them.

Ordered some items, due for delivery yesterday…
No place to put house name on order, so Royal Mail have not delivered…

Company phone line not working….can send email either. They have my money, and I don’t have the goods.

Ordered. They took my money. Showing on my bank statement.
NO email.
They not answer any calls.
They won’t allow you to message online and there is no email.

Arrived much faster than expected. This was for an item that I had previously purchased elsewhere, but now seems to be out of stock everywhere, except here, and was cheaper than I had found them before, so I will be using again.

I'm a returning customer. It must be about my fifth order. I use chemist.co.uk for hard-to-find items.

My item arrived quickly by post.Saved me having a car journey of 5 miles to my local pharmacy.

Terrible, items missing from order, cakes and no reply, emailed and no reply, they have my money and I don’t have the items. Can never use again which is a shame

If you need something in a hurry don’t bother using these people. Don’t pay for 24 hour delivery because they will take their sweet time in dispatching it. I ordered something late last Wednesday thinking they’ll process my order next morning, and I received an email next morning asking for confirmation of the address for some reason Apple Pay had not given the door number which is strange because it ALWAYS does. I think this is an issue their end. Anyway, I replied back thinking all was good and waited for confirmation of dispatch and tracking information. Dispatch confirmation was received that afternoon but no tracking information and it was clear they had missed Royal Mails cut off time. I eventually received the item I paid extra shipping for today, Monday. I eventually got a response from them stating it was RM fault, yet funnily enough I ordered another item on Thursday from a separate company using Tracked 24 and I received that on the Friday. Stop blaming couriers for a lack of sense of urgency.

Good point is that when the item arrived it was securely wrapped in bubble wrap.

No I can’t recommend them, reading other reviews some people have waited longer than I have, not received items at all or email responses. Very poor customer service. I won’t be using again, and will be advising all to not bother.

Had my flu jab at Knights Oakwood chemist in Blackburn Road Birstall. The staff were very helpful and being managed by Paula who was clearly very professional and knowledgeable.
