I ordered some dr brown no1 teets and I never ever got the delivery. Sent a request to chemist.co.uk explaining the situation and I got no reply. Called customer services and there was no answer on many occasions. Finally someone answered and hung up as soon as I said I didn't receive my delivery. Shocking service.

Toothbrush Heads not as shown online
I ordered toothbrush heads which when arrived were not the same as I had ordered and so were no use for my toothbrush, so had to return them. This was an easy thing to do and a refund issued after a while but am disappointed that I still have no toothbrush head as the ones I use are soft heads and being phased out so I was pleased when I spotted them on this site.
