This company is amazing

This company is amazing. You get so much support from all angles - free membership of Weightwatchers and loads of inormative emails and advice. Just had a long call with my personal nutritionist Jahanvi who provided so much help on my diet and habits. Very glad I chose Chequp as my Mounjaro provider.

A great ethical company

I ordered Monjaro and made use of the Clinical and Dietary online and telephone services to ensure I was doing the right thing monthly as my weight loss journey unfolded. Both were excellent and informative and I have referred 2 friends to them as a consequence. One matter for consideration is the way they deal with your next monthly order. Instead of asking first if you wish to make changes to dosage they email to advise they are taking your next payment . But if I wish to go up or down a dose and consequently pay more or less , surely it’s better to determine that first then take money? It all works out fine but it seems an upside down process.

Response to review from company lying. Company does not let you cancel subscription upon request. no that is a lie. It is not that they “may” contact you. THEY DO contact you and it says that you will not cancel until you speak with someone, whether that be call or email!

Its clearly sales style!

I’m sorry but 4 voicemails in a couple of hours, 3 emails and stating you are REQUIRED to speak to someone on the phone before you will agree to cancel MY subscription IS PRESSURE. I should be able to cancel without a conversation with a customer service team member. CS service providers should NOT AND NEVER be contacting people pressuring them to stay with the company, so stop lying to potential and current customers. My payment was due and there was no way of me cancelling it or stopping it from being taken out!! I did request to cancel it, it should be cancelled.

⁹My mounjaro journey through the…

⁹My mounjaro journey through the company Cheq Up.. Starting weight 14 stone 9llbs

I started mounjaro last August 2025 on 2.5mg. To begin with there was side effects sadly ie headaches bad nausea took few weeks to fizzle out. Lost about 5llbs

Month 2
I increased the dose to 5mg. No side effects other than wee bit of feeling nausea. I had lost just over a stone in weight . I was happy with the result. Kept going but then in September they increased the prices.. Stupidly I decided to change over to wegovy. Absolutely crazy decision all just due to prices. Big mistake as I couldn't stop eating again put most of weight bk on.

Month 3
I decided to go back to Mounjaro. Side effects were minimum. I lost 1 stone 8llbs. Amazing result..

Month 4
Continued on mounjaro 5mg. Continued to lose another 5llbs.

Month 5
I paused my prescription.

February 2026
My weight had increased yet again. I was 13 stone 8llbs. Started bk on mounjaro but at starting point again 2.5mg. I struggled first week again nausea headaches no appetite. But fizzled out same as my first month previous year.. I lost 8llbs that month.

March 2026
I increased my dose bk up to 5mg. Side effects severe headaches . During this I did question is it worth feeling these side effects just to lose weight . I thought about how I felt about myself amd had done for 5 yrs. I decided to carry on.

April 2026
Im on my last dose . Due my renewal next week.
Ive weighed in at 12 stone 1llbs.
All in all ive went from size 16 to a size 12...
Hopefully in near future I can get to my target weight about 10 stone 2llbs size 10.

Through this whole journey eating right things or smaller portions is needed as is plenty of water i
mean plenty as ur always so dehydrated...

Now the big question for myself is how do I kp this up. Its so so difficult the journey has been so so difficult. I can't take mounjaro my whole life . 1. Im on high level of meds as it is and have been for 12 years for bipolar disorder. 2. £200 a month ain't affordable.

Ill see where it goes and decide from there.
All in all what I have learned these weight loss injections aint for every one its prob a short term fix.

But for first time in 5 yrs I actually like myself I can look in mirror and actually like myself.. its a crazy journey...
