This company is believed to have traded under lusso living , they are using the same tactics as before, taking peoples money and not supplying goods or giving refunds , please do not buy anything from them ,

NFRC241107027522 along with an ongoing case number NFRC240906911733 being raised by the real company of the same name they have now said they have refunded me although the bank says different and are trying to delete my review so I have reposted

Complete scam. Took money, did not deliver. No longer relplying to emails. DO NOT USE!

As with numerous other posters, I feel like I have been scammed. Thank goodness I paid by credit card not debit card as I am currently pursuing a Section 75 refund via Mastercard.
Goods never turned up. Numerous promises not fulfilled. Promise to refund monies not delivered upon. To add insult to injury, the company processed my credit card payment as a bank transfer without my knowledge and so I incurred a 3% charge on my credit card bill.
Stay well clear!

Placed an order for cooker hob. I was given a message they would be in touch with a delivery date. Several weeks passed and I finally get a notification that the item would arrive on the following Friday and they would let me know a delivery time estimate for the Friday. I heard no more and nothing was delivered.
I wrote asking for a refund and received a message they would refund within 3 working days. 20 days later still no refund.
I would not recommend using this company

Sad to say that the scam line appears to be correct. Standard time wasting responses and no sight of a delivery date. Absolute shocker. Avoid like the plague.

My experience is exactly the same as the other recent ones. Ordered electrical item- promised 1 to 2 weeks delivery, I kept chasing them, they kept replying saying they were waiting for their supplier to confirm date. Never happened. I cancelled the order after 4 1/2 weeks. They promised full refund. Not received it.
Scam artists. With all their promises, dragging it out, by then they have been paid by the credit card company. I should hopefully get a refund from the credit card company. But I assume the credit card company then loses out and nobody reports this fraud to the police!!!! Well I will be doing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

These are just scam artists, the only response you’ll get is, “we’ll get someone to call you back”. Guess what, no one ever does…

If, like me, you still want something that is a deal to good to be true, pay by credit card… taken me 3weeks but I got it back… not from them, the bank.

I cancelled my order a month after placing it it, having not received an order confirmation/number and no delivery date.
While they were quite responsive, I was constantly told that they were chasing the supplier who were about to give me a delivery date but they never did. I called the supplier directly who said they had 20 of the items in stock.
Other red flags included:
* suspiciously low prices (they even agreed a price they previously said was below cost)
* mistakes in the quote and payment process
* the phone call taker saying they were closing at 4pm asking me to spell out my email address and phone number rather than looking it up on their system.

Fortunately I had bought through an credit agency who have refunded me the 2 instalments I had paid.
A big stress and waste of time though.

Ordered 2 bosch appliances. Arrived in time and very happy with the price

Delivery arrived within the 2 weeks and was kept informed throughout. Would recommend

Wish I had read the other reviews! Ordered the 12th October (44385) and still haven’t received my items. It states delivery is 1-2 weeks! Chased and chased them up. They have “processed” my refund but I still don’t have it yet. Going by the other reviews I might have to raise a claim with my bank.

Glad I read the reviews before ordering from this company. I rang the number on the website and just like a previous reviewer said, rather than answering my question I was told I would be called back. Thankfully the call never came so I never got as far as placing my order but I’m certain that if I had I would have ended up being scammed. I dug further and it seems that this is a pop up company which trades under a different name.

Really happy with my lights, arrived quick too!

Luckily I did my research on this company as their pricing on Siemens is too low to be genuine, when I rang the company the guy said no we don’t sell Siemens then he changed his story and said they did.
I’ve looked on companies house which shows they are trading under one name and filing in another. They will take your money, not supply your goods and then you will be fighting with the bank as their payment system is not a credit/debit card interface it’s actually set up so you are paying them by bank transfer which means you have no come back.
