The ring I ordered for my grandaughter's 18th are far as I can see is FAKE !
So had to buy another for her from another site .
They've changed sites twice! since I ordered from them .
Not bothering returning at my expense and by the looks of reviews I'll never get my money back .

Do NOT touch them!!!! Dirty theiving rats!!!! Email to complain etc is fake! Tracking number also fake!!! Dont allow them to rob you too. Was a present for my daughters 16th birthday too!

Absolute scam company, my husband bought me so called Pandora jewellery for my Birthday, I realised what he had done when a company called COLYMAL appeared on our credit card statement and it was for more than the amount stated in their email as it was converted. I emailed them straight away to cancel the order, no response, we contacted our bank to cancel the payment which they have because it didn’t turn up, low and behold it has turned up today and both pieces are fake, to say I am annoyed is an understatement and it is more so shocking that the forwarder up in Walsall are facilitating the entry of fake counterfeit items into the U.K., they need to be stopped. It is disgusting

Unable to give 0 stars. ordered off the website just not realising it was not true pandora until my payment had gone through to a chinese company. all the details on the website were fake such as return address and email. today i received the items almost a month later, which are so obviously fake as i have a lot of genuine pandora jewellery with all my good in the wrong size. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !

They don't deserve any stars ripping people off do they not think people are suffering enough. My husband ordered me 2 charms for our Anniversary on the 8/3/2031 needless to say they havnt arrived. I would advise anyone wanting pandora items to use Pandora official site.

Ordered Pandora charms from a business with a UK address, items have now been delivered 18 days later from China obvious fakes. If I was the Ariane I would check the items again and not cancel the fraud application. Now there is no UK address to return the items and obviously no website. Business is shown in Fuzhou, China and they added extra to convert the payment.

Can’t give a zero star but would if I could. So I ordered Pandora goods on 07/03/2021 and have several emails from chen hao telling me my order would be with me in 19/15 business days, well 23 days later and nothing . When I ordered these items I looked at the email address and it was a uk based email add so I felt ok ordering from them but as soon as I had I had a meal from PayPal from CHNA. I tried to cancel my order straight away presuming it was a scam and was told by email not possible as the order has been sent, funny that almost 3weeks later and still nothing also the emails are now failing to deliver. So I guess I am a sucker but if I can find an email address associated with this so called company Linkingdeals I will pursue this matter as far as I can, starting with trading standard. If anyone knows of a contact address for these people can you please reply to this message.

Having written a review only 3 days ago suggesting people shouldn't buy from this site as I was convinced they were a scam. I have to eat humble pie!!
The goods arrived in the UK the following day and arrived today to my home.
They are well packaged,they are presented in a Pandora box and a gift bag is also given.
You get instructions on how to care for the beads along with a cleaning cloth.
The beads themselves look genuine and are very pretty.
I am more than happy with the final product.
I'm really not sure what the delay was about? Maybe Covid?, maybe Brexit? Maybe the blockage in the Suez canal?
Also why the customer service email was not obtainable? But I will offer an apology for my previous review which I have now taken down.
I do hope that others that used the site have been as fortunate as me.
Now to contact the bank and withdraw my fraud application request!!!

It keeps changing it's name, but personally I would but Pandora stuff from anyone but the official site and the pay Google to appear top of ads. That said, this site is set up to exactly copy the official site. Unfortunately on her phone this confused my wife. Check that the URL is actually Pandora official.

They offer a slightly cheaper price, stuff never comes. They have a long history of it.

I wouldn't call someone a crook, scammer or con-artist lightly and it can be incredibly damaging. However, these people are simply fraudsters.

Seemed genuine I paid via paypal I emailed them no reply tried phone number cut off straight away PayPal will step in after 7 days so glad I paid through them because looking at reviews it's a fake pandora site

FAKE PANDORA SITE. WHEN I IMMEDIATELY REALISED THERE WAS NO CANCELLATION PROCESS. I EMAILED AND OVER 24 HOURS LATER THEY SAID IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED AND THEY COULD NOT CANCEL. THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR FULL REFUND. THIS IS NOT A UK BUSINESS IT IS BASED IN HONG KONG. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS SITE.

Strongly suggest buyers avoid this site as it appears to be another in a long string of fake/fraud sites offering discounted Pandora jewellery.
The address shown on its website is the actually address of the Dept of health & Social Security offices on Victoria Road! Nice touch hey!! Needless to say the company is not based at this address! The discounts are too good to be true. Buyers beware!
