I have been a Chess Business customer for many years There was a period that I felt they lost their way but had occasion to re-configure my Broadband and telephony services, oh wow! what a difference.
The time, care and consideration spend on my enquiry was second to none. I felt that my company needs really mattered and with the technical knowhow they managed to come up with the perfect solution.
Joel Baker was the account manager I dealt with and I would highly recommend talking to him.

My organisation has been using Chess for longer than I've worked here - I think we might be in our 4th year with them... Currently they manage over 100 phone contracts for us.

Danielle (Mobile Solutions Specialist) is so helpful. Whatever I ask of her she always does her best to accommodate or find solutions to what I've asked of her. She's a friendly member of the Chess team.

After a slightly tricky start, Gareth at ChessICT has been extremely helpful in getting our phone contracts into line.

I'm very unhappy with this company. I cancelled my account at the end of November. Services ceased on December 4th in which i paid my final bill. It's January 6th and i keep getting emails for different payments. I have signed no contract and the portal service is very unreliable. When I get in contact by telephone I feel like I am taking to a robot.

I had started to lose my faith in Chess, but after speaking with Georgia Lowe who actually took the time to understand my issue, and within an hour she had called me back and had it resolved. Georgia has solely restored my faith.
I wish there were more people like Georgia in this world :)

In thought I had a complicated problem. I have a business contract for broadband services but due to retirement, I needed to swap this to a domestic contract. I foresaw problems but Chess made it perfectly easy and pain-free. Special shout-out to KerryAnne Farmer-Tomblin who provided excellent service and communication throughout.

Danielle Cook has been great to work with as our account manager at CHESS. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she always gets things done ASAP. She’s super responsive, easy to deal with, and makes everything feel straightforward. It’s reassuring knowing things are in good hands with Danielle.

Excellent and extremely quick service from Gareth regarding the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy tablet and all the associated set requirements. The tablet was purchased for a team member who was able to be up and running without any issues in a very short period of time thanks to Gareth's help.

I contacted chess today ,to get another mobile contract ..fantastic service i spoke to one of the contacts (alvin) very professional and very quick ,all completed within 10 mins ,would highly recommend, ive used chess for over 6 years now ..never had an issue ✔️
