Chestertons have been managing my property in SE8 for this past year and I am extremely happy with their management service. My property manager Ann Dickson is amazing, she is professional, reliable, very efficient and also a great problem solver and Chestertons are lucky to have to have her. I also have peace of mind that my property is in such safe hands.

We as the tenants have been liaising with Chestertons as our agents. In Particular Amanda Goodman who has handled our tenancy swap process. Amanda has always been kind and helpful and strived to ensure both our needs and the landlords’ are met. Whenever we have called her she has been friendly and assisted us well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for Chestertons on a whole as there have often been times where things have moved quite slowly. However, this is to be expected as the agency deals with a lot of different properties.

Although I did not find a property through Chestertons, Ronan and Alhad were wonderful to deal with. They communicated clearly and consistently, they were open and honest and I did not feel like I was being talked into anything that was not right for me. I would highly recommend this branch and Ronan and Alhad specifically. Thank you both.

I had a fairly drawn out issue at my rental property involving the washing machine and associated works, and it became stressful and disruptive over time. Ryan stayed professional throughout, kept communication clear, and did what he could to keep things moving, including liaising with an overseas landlord and making sure the situation was handled properly.

Most importantly, Ryan ultimately helped get everything resolved in an amicable way and brought it to a clean conclusion. I appreciate his persistence and the way he handled it, especially given the complexity and the time pressures around my move.
